DIRECTORS

Harriet Claydon, Director

Nick Harford, Director

Having started out at IMG focusing on the emerging world of digital sports, Nick negotiated and managed some of the first sponsor-funded sports talent and rights holder website and mobile agreements including Tim Henman, Padraig Harrington and Manchester United.

Post IMG, Nick joined Arsenal for 7 years, heading up the partnerships division and mobile content business and was fortunate to be part of the transition from the heritage of Highbury to the world-class Emirates Stadium. During this time he negotiated and managed major partnership agreements including O2, Emirates, EA SPORTS, LG, Citroen, Samsung, BT and Lucozade amongst others.

From major agency to major rights holder, the next move was to leading video gaming brand EA SPORTS and the market leading FIFA product. Whilst at EA, Nick ran the UK partnerships division and shaped the rights and activation approach for what is now the foundation for many of EA’s FIFA partnerships and included negotiating numerous Club, talent, media and broadcast partnerships during this time.

His next role was at eBay-owned, market leading ticket marketplace business StubHub, where Nick set-up and ran the business development and partnerships division, as part of StubHub’s international expansion programme, as well as a stint being the interim General Manager.

This included negotiating and delivering a large number of sports rights holder, venue, media and talent agreements, alongside being the driving force behind StubHub’s move from a secondary ticketing only operator, to becoming an emerging primary ticketing player. This move was cemented further via the negotiation of a long-term SAP Event Ticketing software partnership.

Having graduated from Kings College London in 2012, Harry joined eBay-owned, market leading ticket marketplace business StubHub as Business Development and Partnerships manager within Nick’s team.

During this time, Harry worked closely with Nick, providing all internal & external business models for prospective partnerships, as well as managing and activating all of StubHub’s partnerships.

This included The O2, Wembley Arena, Barclaycard British Summer Time in Hyde Park, Tottenham Hotspur, Everton and Matchroom Boxing amongst others.

In addition to her business development and partnerships management responsibilities, Harry also developed and led the process to introduce major on-sales on the StubHub platform, involving the supply team, customer service, marketing, fraud and product and technology team across 4 markets.

Post StubHub, H2 Management was launched with StubHub retained as its first client.
